•$70,000 - $85,000

About The Position

The Digital Client Success Manager (DCSM) is the primary strategic and operational contact for assigned digital marketing clients. The role manages the full campaign lifecycle, from onboarding and strategic planning through coordination, launch readiness, optimization, reporting, and ongoing performance management. It works across Sales, Creative, Data Operations, Tracking & Attribution, Digital Operations, and Enrollment Marketing to deliver campaigns accurately and on schedule in support of client enrollment and marketing objectives. The DCSM leads client communications and strategic discussions, manages campaign timelines and workflows, monitors performance, resolves issues, and presents actionable insights and recommendations. The role supports client retention, operational excellence, and account growth by providing a strong client experience and measurable digital marketing outcomes. During the first month, the employee completes onboarding and platform training, shadows experienced colleagues, learns Encoura’s products and processes, and begins supporting lower-risk tasks. By three months, the employee is expected to coordinate execution and reporting for assigned accounts, participate in client meetings, prioritize workload, and resolve routine issues with limited oversight. By six months, the employee is expected to own assigned client relationships and campaign execution, lead recurring client discussions, identify optimization and growth opportunities, and independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
