About The Position

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to act as the technical hub connecting sales and the centralized buying team. This is a collaborative role that assists sales in campaign structure, aids in campaign launching, and serves as the liaison between the client services team and local markets. The position reports to the Regional Director of Campaign Management and is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns. Success in this role is measured by accelerated sales and reduced campaign cancellations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communicator. Experience taking the lead in interdepartmental projects.
  • Experience with digital ad messaging best practices (does not build the ads)
  • Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
  • 1+ years experience in digital advertising
  • 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required

Responsibilities

  • Coach & develop sales professionals on product capabilities.
  • Oversee technical approval of proposals built by sales strategists.
  • Provide insight and suggestions for ongoing campaigns based on feedback from buyers.
  • Coach sales on crafting quality messaging for various tactics (social, SEM, programmatic, etc.).
  • Assign targeting segments based on experience and tactic mix.
  • Delegate tasks to sales to prepare new client campaigns for launch (creative, pixels, KPIs).
  • Compile all elements of the insertion order and schedule the campaign for trafficking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supported local markets to centralized buying, client services, and analytics teams.
  • Support local markets with client optimizations, revisions, upsells, and renewals from post-sale teams.
  • Continually refine and improve continuity between all workgroups.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings with the camera on to foster stronger collaboration and engagement, ensuring active communication and connection with colleagues across departments.
