About The Position

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator to serve as the technical link between sales and the centralized buying team. This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to be located in Texas and collaborate with the Lubbock, TX team. Townsquare Ignite, founded in 2010, offers a suite of digital products and solutions, including owned digital properties, a proprietary programmatic advertising platform, and an in-house demand and data management platform. It is the fastest-growing revenue and profit driver for Townsquare Media.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communicator. Experience taking the lead in interdepartmental projects.
  • Experience with digital ad messaging best practices (does not build the ads)

  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
  • 1+ years experience in digital advertising
  • 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required
  • Must be located in Texas

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client needs analyses (CNAs) and pitches, contributing strategic recommendations, ad examples, and creative ideas.
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, providing data-driven insights and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define objectives, KPIs, and targeting strategies.
  • Conduct market research using tools like Dstillery, Ad Mall, and SEM Estimates.
  • Create compelling, well-formatted proposals that align with client goals, brand voice, and sales objectives.
  • Develop and format compelling proposals for client opportunities.
  • Manage and update website content to promote upcoming live events.
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors to create event signage and oversee production timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to build and refine go-to-market (GTM) proposals, presentations, and post-event recaps.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across digital and physical event materials.
  • Gather and organize campaign details (targeting, geo, audience segments, etc.) and confirm orders.
  • Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure accurate setup, pacing, and delivery of all placements.
  • Review Tapclicks data for accuracy, analyze campaign metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and upselling opportunities.
  • Schedule and participate in client check-ins to review results and insights, address performance issues, and stay aligned on product updates and deliverables.
