This is a remote position. CLaaS2SaaS is a Singapore-headquartered Pan-ASEAN AI Acceleration Platform committed to advancing inclusive digital economy transformation across Southeast Asia. With a growing presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, India, and China, we work closely with higher education institutions, enterprises, SMEs, and governments to accelerate workforce and digital transformation in the AI era. Driven by a Skills-First, Work-Integrated Learning innovation, CLaaS2SaaS combines work-integrated learning with AI-powered adaptive technologies to develop industry-ready digital talent and support lifelong career growth. Our innovative learning ecosystem enables faster and more effective workforce transformation, empowering individuals with practical skills, real-world industry experience, and meaningful career outcomes. As Sales Manager, you will represent two solution pillars that sit at the heart of our business: 1. Digital Workforce Solution: We equip higher education students and career adults with the skills to transition, convert, or advance in the digital economy. Programmes are delivered across five tracks and include: Work-Study Degree — A structured work-study pathway offering a recognised degree qualification in partnership with higher education institutions — designed for those who want to earn while they learn. Digital Career Conversion Programme — A targeted reskilling programme that enables mid-career adults to pivot into digital and tech-enabled roles through structured, employer-aligned learning pathways. Digital Skilling Programme — A workforce enablement programme designed to upskill individuals across five digital competency tracks, equipping them for higher-impact roles in a digitally transformed workplace. 2. Digital Solution: We deliver purpose-built digital software solutions that help individuals and organisations work smarter. Our current flagship offering is: Agentic CRM Solution — An AI-powered customer relationship management platform designed to automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and drive business outcomes for organisations at scale. Agentic Software Solution — Broader enterprise-grade agentic tools that enable organisations to embed AI into core business processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Keen Learner (Essential): Above all else, you must be someone who embraces learning as a way of life. Our products, our market, and the technologies we work with evolve rapidly. You will be expected to keep pace — and to model that mindset for your clients and community.
  • 5–10 Years of Relevant Experience: Across digital marketing practice, SaaS or solution sales, B2B business development, or tech-enabled industries. A blend of these is ideal.
  • Digital Savviness: Comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and concepts — and able to speak credibly about digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions with clients.
  • Community Builder: You know how to engage, inspire, and build — whether that's a room full of prospects, a LinkedIn community, or a long-term institutional relationship.
  • Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate comfortably in English and at least one regional language (Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia) is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You take initiative, you own your outcomes, and you thrive with the autonomy to shape your market.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted sales campaigns across our Digital Workforce and Digital Solution offerings, spanning higher education institutions, corporations, and individual career adults.
  • Engage and grow communities of potential learners, career converts, and enterprise clients through events, outreach, and digital channels.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving leads from initial interest through to enrolment or contract closure.
  • Develop strong partnerships with employers, training ecosystems, and institutional partners to expand programme reach.
  • Represent CLaaS2SaaS at industry events, career fairs, and ecosystem forums to position our brand and solutions.
  • Track sales performance, provide market feedback, and continuously refine go-to-market approaches based on insights from the field.
