About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining digital banking systems, including online and mobile platforms, bill pay, P2P, mobile deposit, and the integration of other services. The specialist will provide technical support to both staff and customers, manage the digital conversation platform, and ensure timely training and communication regarding product information and system updates. Additionally, the role involves managing user access, monitoring for suspicious activity, preparing usage reports, and collaborating with compliance, security, and IT departments to ensure regulatory adherence. The specialist will also monitor system performance, act as a liaison with third-party vendors, participate in system testing, and implement configuration changes to enhance user experience, security, and functionality. Staying current with emerging digital banking trends and technologies is also a key aspect of this position, along with performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3 years prior banking experience in branch or deposit operations area preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains digital banking systems including online and mobile banking platforms, bill pay, P2P, mobile deposit and the integration of other services.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for end users including staff and customers.
  • Manages digital conversation (chat) platform to ensure that inquiries/requests are responded to appropriately and promptly.
  • Ensures that training related to product information, including but not limited to feature enhancements, and other communication such as scheduled downtime/system availability are provided to internal staff and end-users as applicable in a timely manner.
  • Assists with managing user access, permissions, and digital banking profiles.
  • Continually monitors transaction, enrollment, and other data to detect anomalous/suspicious activity.
  • Prepares usage reports for leadership.
  • Collaborates with compliance, security, and IT departments to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors system performance and serves as a liaison between the bank and third-party vendors to ensure service levels and support are maintained.
  • Participate in vendor communications and system testing during updates or new product implementations and Implements configuration changes necessary to support enhancements to improve user experience, security, and functionality.
  • Stays current with emerging digital banking trends and technologies.
