This position will be responsible for executing and deploying ASB’s digital banking services with and to customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a well-developed knowledge of bank products and services offered and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. This position will be expected to collaborate well with other bank departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent in a related field
  • Banking for financial services experience preferred
  • Verbally communicate and write effectively to customers and co-workers
  • Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects and with customers throughout the day
  • Willing to undertake challenging tasks and provide solutions for complex problems
  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Must have strong business acumen to understand customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure remarkable customer experiences in our digital and remote service channels to all digital customers and communicating effectively features and benefits of bank services as well as training end-users
  • Execute and support new and existing products and services within the bank and digital offerings
  • Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of online business services relationships including online business banking support, ACH, electronic payments etc.
  • Provide resolution for issues received for business and consumer customers via phone, email, face-to-face, or other communications in a professional, timely and accurate manner and communicate service related issues to responsible officers
  • Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs and building solutions to meet these needs and assist in customer development
  • Sell our deposit, payment, digital and banking services and accounts to customers
