Requirements

• Comfortable, professional, and engaging on video.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketplaces (FB Marketplace, IG, etc.).
• Strong self-motivation—you treat your position like your own business within our dealership.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but a background in retail, hospitality, or digital marketing with a drive to sell is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build trust instantly by creating high-quality, personalized walk-around videos for internet leads.
• Actively market our inventory by creating and managing listings on Facebook Marketplace and local digital forums.
• Grow your personal brand and dealership engagement through creative social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
• Handle the traditional sales cycle: from initial digital contact to the test drive, negotiation, and delivery.
• Utilize AI and CRM tools to increase efficiency.
