About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Asset Business Development Executive to drive business growth, partnerships, and client acquisition within the digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Prior experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, financial services, or capital markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, tokenization, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Existing industry network within the digital asset ecosystem is an advantage.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, blockchain projects, fintech companies, or institutional investors.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, partnership management, or fundraising support.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the digital assets and blockchain industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, exchanges, fintech companies, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, digital asset custody, tokenization, and regulatory developments.
