About The Position
This position will provide support and troubleshooting for business applications. Experience with Highland OnBase (Content Innovation Cloud), and RightFax is highly desired. Basic AI Prompt engineering is preferred. Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 1 year recent relevant experience.
- Must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, industry best practices, procedures, and business operations.
- Has knowledge that extends beyond the assigned application.
