Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide digital animation enrichment services for K–12 students. This is a potential contractor assignment, not an employee position. Contractors can choose whether to apply for, accept, decline, or ignore available opportunities. Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, available technology, and program objectives, and take place in person at partner schools. Depending on the assignment, contractors plan and facilitate age-appropriate animation sessions, introduce animation and digital media concepts through project-based learning, adapt activities to students and site requirements, and support student projects such as animations, motion graphics, stop-motion projects, digital stories, or GIFs. Contractors maintain an inclusive and safe learning environment, communicate relevant needs or concerns, complete a brief form after each scheduled session, and follow applicable site procedures. Concorde may provide curriculum guidance, lesson suggestions, project ideas, resources, or objectives; contractors may use professional judgment to adapt instruction within the assignment scope and site requirements. Assignments commonly run for approximately 10 weeks and typically involve 1–4 instructional service hours per week after school. Opportunities become available throughout the school year. Compensation varies by assignment and agreed contractor terms; many opportunities pay $50 or more per completed instructional service hour with students. Applicants may propose a rate, which Concorde may accept, decline, or counteroffer. Unless otherwise approved in writing, payment is based on completed instructional service hours. Payment is generally made by direct deposit on the fifteenth day of the month following the month services were completed, subject to assignment terms and applicable law. Selected applicants may be invited to create a contractor profile and complete onboarding. Applying or completing onboarding does not guarantee selection or placement. Assignments are subject to fit, agreed compensation, required onboarding, applicable background-check review and clearances, and final written confirmation. Some assignments may require authorization for background checks, fingerprinting, agency clearance, site documentation, identification badges, or other compliance steps.
