Concorde Education seeks independent instructional contractors to provide digital animation enrichment services for K–12 students at partner schools. Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, available technology, and program objectives. Contractors may choose whether to apply for, accept, decline, or ignore opportunities. Concorde may provide curriculum guidance, lesson-plan suggestions, project ideas, instructional resources, or program objectives; contractors may adapt instruction within the assignment scope and applicable site requirements. Assignments are typically delivered in person after school, usually for 1–4 instructional service hours per week and commonly lasting approximately 10 weeks. Opportunities become available throughout the school year. Compensation varies by assignment and agreed contractor terms; many opportunities pay $50 or more per completed instructional service hour with students. Contractors may propose a rate, and payment for completed services is generally made by direct deposit on the fifteenth day of the following month, unless otherwise specified in the accepted assignment terms or required by law. Selected applicants may be invited to create a contractor profile and complete onboarding. Applying or completing onboarding does not guarantee placement or future assignments. Assignments may depend on fit, agreed compensation, onboarding, applicable background-check review, site-specific clearances, and final written confirmation. Some sites may require fingerprinting, agency clearance, documentation, badges, or other compliance steps before services begin.
