The successful candidate will help advance campaign goals by creating compelling digital content, implementing social media marketing tactics, increasing audience engagement, driving website traffic, and supporting outreach to target populations. This role requires a communications professional with strong writing, editing, digital content development, social media listening, engagement tool, and social media management experience. The Digital and Social Media Specialist will support campaign strategy, messaging, content planning, audience engagement, digital outreach, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate understands platform-specific best practices, content formats, social media algorithms, audience behavior, social media listening and engagement tools, and how to use data to improve campaign effectiveness.
