The Digital Analytics & CX Engineering Director provides engineering leadership for marketing analytics platforms and data products that enable measurement, attribution, and customer insights across our banking channels. This role combines software engineering leadership; analytics, tag management and CX engineering practices; paid media data and ad platforms; and marketing, analytics, and customer experience domain partnership to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions. This role has ownership of moderately complex technical and delivery problems, including short-term execution of defined strategies and long-term focus on planning for efficiencies and innovation. The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing and Digital stakeholders to translate business needs into effective engineering solutions while fostering engineering excellence and team growth.
