About The Position

The Digital Analyst supports the development, execution, and optimization of digital solutions that improve customer experience and operational effectiveness. This role analyzes digital performance data, supports reporting and insights, and partners with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement across digital tools and platforms. The position offers hands‑on exposure to digital transformation initiatives and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on how customers and internal teams interact with DePuy Synthes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Ability to work with data sets and translate findings into clear insights.
  • Proficiency with common analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • English (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or concentration in data analytics, digital technologies, or information management.
  • Experience supporting digital platforms, customer portals, or analytics initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or digital experience platforms.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding tools.
  • Interest in continuous improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analytics or digital certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital performance data to support insights, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tracking tools for digital initiatives.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into analytical outputs.
  • Monitor trends, adoption, and performance of digital tools and platforms.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve digital processes, user experience, and data quality.
  • Support documentation and standardization of digital analytics processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with digital and customer experience goals.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards, internal controls, and company policies.
