About The Position

The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for driving measurable ecommerce growth by transforming customer behavior data into actionable business strategies. This role owns the performance and optimization of the end-to-end digital customer experience, partnering closely with Marketing, UX/UI, Product, and Ecommerce teams to increase conversion, customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Success in this role is measured by the ability to identify opportunities, influence cross-functional decisions, and deliver measurable improvements in ecommerce performance through analytics, experimentation, and customer journey optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital analytics, or conversion optimization.
  • Proven experience driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and digital revenue.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in a Digital Analyst or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative

Responsibilities

  • Build, proofread, and publish digital content aligned with campaign and product launch timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter, update, and maintain website content within CMS platforms while adhering to HTML/CSS structures and content models.
  • Review and update existing pages to meet brand, compliance, and digital standards, minimizing errors and rework.
  • Optimize content layout, formatting, and imagery to improve usability, accessibility, and overall site experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices, update metadata, and identify opportunities to improve search rankings and site performance.
  • Act as a key contributor during user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring content accuracy and readiness for launch.
  • Create and modify images and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and product releases.
  • Partner with marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to content processes, workflows, and user experience.
  • Support occasional off-hours work (evenings/weekends) during critical launches or updates.
