Earthjustice is the nation's leading environmental law organization. We wield the power of law and the strength of partnership to protect people’s health, preserve magnificent places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change. We are here because the Earth needs a good lawyer. Driven by a passion for justice, inclusion, partnership, and excellence, our core values lead us to seek a broad range of perspectives and backgrounds to achieve our mission and maintain an inclusive environment where all staff are valued and respected. In addition to a talented cadre of environmental lawyers and legislative advocates, Earthjustice has an amazing Communications department that works in partnership with every other department at the organization. The Digital Advocacy Manager reports to the Associate Director of Digital Advocacy and will oversee the digital advocacy program to develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital advocacy campaigns with the goal of driving meaningful supporter action and increasing engagement across email, mobile, paid media, social, and web. This role is highly collaborative, working with communication, legal and lobbying program staff, and other members across the organization. Campaigns focus on national and regional environmental issues including healthy communities, climate and energy, and lands, oceans, and wildlife. Experience working with 501(c)(4) organizations is a plus. The person should be comfortable with HTML, digital advocacy tools, spreadsheets, analytics, and fundraising. This is a supervisory position. The Digital Advocacy Manager is expected to work a full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedule, and may work hybrid from any Earthjustice office or remotely from within the US.
