About The Position

The Digital Advertising Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of photography/graphic arts/design software and be responsible for the production of marketing content and distribution of that content to where it is needed (web pages, social media campaigns, etc.). Graphic production of all marketing materials such as sales flyers and brochures, both digital and in print, using Adobe Creative Suite. Development and coordination of company artwork and related images. Production and maintenance of truck equipment photo library and video. Content development and maintenance of company websites and social media pages. Content development and maintenance of company estore for truck equipment parts & accessories Development of marketing-related presentations. Campaign Support and Coordination. Leading and supporting targeted marketing/sales campaigns. Product Launches – support the sales team and other departments (as needed) with new product launches and associated material/content required for those launches. Sales Support Assists in the day-to-day needs/requests of the sales team. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience maintaining social media platforms.
  • Proficient in graphic design, photography and video production.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Proficient in WordPress, HTML.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced on a CRM platform; Salesforce a plus.
  • Must have the willingness to learn.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to follow-up.
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multitasking, projects, and deadlines.
  • Must be capable of prioritizing and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be capable of understanding marketing principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or the commercial truck industry a plus.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $29.78 – $46.01 per hour. (equivalent to approximately $61,942.40 – $95,700.80 annually based on a 40-hour workweek).
  • This position is classified as nonexempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
