About The Position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. This job involves coordinating and executing advertising operation tasks to support high-volume campaigns. It ensures the accuracy and efficiency of order processing within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role contributes to workflow enhancements and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Processing high-volume, complex advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy across various business lines
Managing client order and revision entry with operational support in scheduling platforms and ensuring workflow continuity
Auditing orders and revisions for accurate discounting, fee application, and adherence to data governance standards
Monitoring campaign automation to align with daily service timelines and uphold service level agreements
Developing expertise in order and revision workflow processes, including troubleshooting automation-flagged issues
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance customer experience
Contributing to automation and process efficiency improvements within the advertising operations domain
Utilizing analytical skills to identify and address campaign-related issues, ensuring compliance with operational standards
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
