Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
Digital Sales/Sales Management experience
Previous sales experience preferably in department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores.
Problem solving mindset, analytical skills

Nice To Haves

SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
Cross functionally collaborate with marketing, media, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product discoverability and consistency in messaging and branding.
Provide regular, insightful reporting to internal teams and retail partners highlighting merchandising effectiveness, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, inventory turnover, and advertising ROI to adjust merchandising and planning strategies.
Manage product assortments and catalog structures on Amazon Vendor Central.
Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content to improve search rankings and shopper engagement.
Implement Amazon storefronts and brand pages to create a compelling shopping experience.
