Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
• Digital Sales/Sales Management experience
• Previous sales experience preferably in department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores.
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
• Cross functionally collaborate with marketing, media, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product discoverability and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Create and maintain accurate planning and forecasting models to support inventory management and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer reviews, and inventory levels to recommend assortment adjustments and promotional strategies.
• Provide regular, insightful reporting to internal teams and retail partners highlighting merchandising effectiveness, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, inventory turnover, and advertising ROI to adjust merchandising and planning strategies.
• Manage product assortments and digital catalog structures across digital retail accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with channel strategies.
• Optimize retail sell-thru to improve brand market share as well as deliver increased profit margins.
