About The Position

This role is located at Morrison Living at Valley View Rehab & Nursing Center, a 163-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with Rehab Services. The schedule is 8 hours per week, 1 day per week. The hourly pay is $40 - $45 hr. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will make a real impact by providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
