About The Position

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position at Miami Jewish Health, a 412-bed Continuing Care Retirement Community with a small acute care unit, including skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospice, and acute care services. This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. The position is open to new graduates who are registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible. The pay range is $45 - $50 per hour. Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
