About The Position
Unidine is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position at Crestview Retirement Community in Bryan, TX. This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, though Monday and Friday are preferred for two out of the three days. The role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in a senior living setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. Requirements
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
