About The Position
Join a team of dietitians who are passionate about their profession, with patients at the heart of everything we do. Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time temporary role to support New York Presbyterian Queens, a premier healthcare institution located in the heart of Queens, NY. This temporary role is expected to begin in July 2026 and run through December 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven team and grow your skills in a fast-paced level I trauma center. New or experienced candidates welcome! The rate of pay for this position is $45-50/hour.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credential and licensure in MA.
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.
- Strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in the inpatient setting.
- Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process.
- Efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.
