About The Position
The Clinical Dietitian serves primarily in the Rice Memorial Hospital Cancer Center, assessing patients' nutritional needs and partnering with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive nutrition care. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing nutrition plans, coordinating specialized diets for hospitalized patients, and educating patients on dietary strategies to support their health and treatment goals.
Requirements
- Masters of Science or Arts, or higher, in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Completion of approved internship coordinated undergraduate program, or equivalent, and certifying exam.
- Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
- Member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
