About The Position

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian for a part-time opportunity in Geneva, AL (near Dothan). CSG is a fast-growing food service management company serving senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities, committed to empowering teams for exceptional service. The Clinical Dietitian will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. This role offers high impact, autonomy, and growth in a supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

Nice To Haves

1–3+ years of clinical nutrition experience in hospital or healthcare setting
Strong clinical training (for new graduates)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
Conduct assessments and develop nutrition care plans
Educate patients and families on dietary needs
Partner with clinical and foodservice teams
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
