About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Morrison Living as a Clinical Dietitian! This is a part-time position, 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes a few hours remotely. The role is located in a Continuing Care Retirement Community setting, specifically at Eden Village Retirement Village in Glen Carbon, IL, serving skilled nursing and assisted living residents. Requirements

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
