About The Position

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position. This role is located at Ohio Living Quaker Heights in Waynesville, OH, within a Senior Living setting that includes healthcare and assisted living. The position is part-time, requiring 16 hours per week, with a preference for working on Mondays and Thursdays. The primary responsibility is to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to residents, working collaboratively with a team to improve resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
