Vail Health features the world’s most advanced mountain healthcare system with stunning views. This position is based at Precourt Healing Center in Edwards, CO & Vail Health Hospital in Vail, CO.
Requirements
- A valid Registered Dietitian credential with 0-2 years acute care experience a plus
- Entry level RD's are welcome to apply that are RD elible for certification
- The ability to excel in communication, customer service, and time management and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and adapt to changing patient needs
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care at Precourt Healing Center & Vail Health Hospital, with rotating weekends, and holiday coverage as needed
- Assist with educating healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and food service staff
