About The Position

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist in the Treasure Coast area, FL to design nutrition programs to improve or maintain the health of patients. This position allows the dietitian to identify an area of interest and will focus on professional training and growth. Sobe Innovative Rehab is an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate individuals attaining results for our geriatric clientele. We believe that once you take a proactive preventative approach, our patients thrive and experience a more successful aging-in-place. Requirements

  • Be a Registered Dietitian or Registry eligible
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Have a desire to interact with patients who are seeking better management of a chronic disease, such as diabetes or obesity.
  • Have the desire for personal and professional growth in the outpatient field.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, marketing, and counseling are needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with team and independently needed.
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Nutrition
  • Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in FL is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • be a self-starter and a team player
  • The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and treats patients in at Home Visits
  • Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
  • Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
