As a Floating Visit Nurse, you’ll see a wide range of patients, diagnoses, and care environments across the metro. This role offers exposure to multiple patient populations and care settings, continuous learning without needing to change jobs, 1:1 visits that allow you to fully assess and think critically, and a role that builds both clinical skill and confidence. We operate alongside Interim Healthcare, Lifespark, Adara, Aveanna, and Gentiva, but we focus on developing nurses who can step into any situation and deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Adaptable and confident in new environments.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing visits in homes and community settings.
- Perform assessments, wound care, and medication management.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
- Adapt quickly to new territories and patient needs.
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
