Dietitian Nutritionist II
About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care at SSM Health DePaul Hospital, a 450-bed acute care hospital located in Bridgeton, MO. This position offers full-time benefits and will primarily be responsible for inpatient units such as cardiac step down, stroke/neuro, geriatric and general medicine, and oncology. The role involves developing strong rapport with nursing and medical staff, collaborating with the Clinical Nutrition Manager and other Sodexo Management team members to provide exemplary patient care, and working with dietetic interns for acute care clinical training.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian
- Eligible for licensure in MO
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
- Minimum 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for a variety of inpatient units such as cardiac step down, stroke/neuro, geriatric and general medicine, oncology
- Develop strong rapport with the nursing and medical staff
- Work with the Clinical Nutrition Manager and other Sodexo Management team to provide exemplary care to patients, staff and community
- Work with dietetic interns for acute care clinical training
- Participate in patient satisfaction and quality improvement projects
- Other duties as assigned by Clinical Nutrition Manager
