Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time inpatient position at BILH Winchester Hospital, a 229-bed acute care hospital in Winchester, MA. Requirements

Registered Dietitian credential, or you are RD eligible (must obtain an RD credential within 30 days of hire).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in the inpatient setting, including critical care units.
Be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification.
Work rotating weekends and holidays providing hospital-wide coverage and food service support.
Participate in quality improvement and other special projects, as assigned.
Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns, as needed.
