Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, required
Minimum of five years of professional experience in speciality
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required
Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required
Experience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite required

Responsibilities

Provide regional remote nutrition support to multiple accounts, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, special diets, food allergy protocols, and organizational wellness programs.
Partner with culinarians to build menus that meet the students dietary needs.
Conduct periodic on‑site visits to audit operations, assess performance, and coach teams on best practices, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.
Partner with operations and leadership to support new openings, lead nutrition initiatives, deliver education, and drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
