About The Position

The position of Dietitian Degree involves managing patient nutrition care, which includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, care evaluation, and arranging follow-up care. The incumbent also acts as a nutrition consultant to other health care team members. Requirements

  • Dietetic Internship certificate
  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
  • Communication skills to provide/obtain verbal and/or written opinions/advice
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work with people with professionalism and respect
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)
  • Applicants must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position
  • Those being interviewed are required to bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search
