This position allows staff with diet tech training to work with patient diets and improve the patient’s nutrition status. Involved in day-to-day food service management and patient feeding. Schedule: Works every other weekend and holiday, some flexibility in day hours. Job Description Summary: Screens patient medical records for nutritional risk factors and assessment needs, obtains clinical information, and provides nutritional care, basic dietary instructions, and general nutrition education.
