Our vision is a world of peaceful relationships with food, weight, and body image, where everyone with an eating disorder can experience recovery. We believe that exceptional, individualized care leads to lasting recovery from eating disorders. That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care. Position Summary: The Dietetic Technician (DT) plays a vital role as a member of the treatment team, by supporting clients engaged in eating disorder treatment programs. Responsibilities vary by site; at some locations, DTs balance foodservice duties with providing nutrition education to clients, alongside clinical support for registered dietitians. The Dietetic Technician may work across various levels of care and programs (e.g., PHP, IOP, RTC), in both in-person and virtual settings, and may provide coverage at other sites as needed. Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role. The Dietetic Technician will support virtual clients and also will serve as a Float Dietetic Technician providing coverage and support to locations throughout Washington as needed. The float component of this role helps ensure continuity of care when team members are utilizing PTO, on vacation, leave of absence, out due to illness, or otherwise unavailable.
