Our Dietetic Technician provides nutritional care to residents and food service process oversight under the guidance of the Food and Nutrition Services Director and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Requirements

• Associate degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related area from an accredited program preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Certified/Registered Dietetic Technician (NDTR/DTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.

• Provides nutritional care to residents
