About The Position

Supervised by the Clinical Nutrition Manager, this role provides clinical and technical support to the Nutrition & Food Services department. Responsibilities include managing patient diet orders, menus, and meal choices, as well as assisting with patient nutrition screening, assessment, education, and follow-up care.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Commission on Dietetic Registration approved Dietetic Technician Program and subsequent CDR registration (NDTR), or successful completion of a bachelors of science degree in dietetics with at least 10 continuing education hours per year and others as determined necessary by the department director and/or senior dietitian.
• Maintenance of active CDR registration required for Dietetic Technicians, Registered.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of health care nutrition and food service experience preferred.
