Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requirements

  • Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
