Requirements

Documented completion of State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course.
Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.

Nice To Haves

Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Certification preferred.
Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, including meal preparations, service, sanitation, and staffing
Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet physicians' orders, dietary restrictions, and individualized care plans
Supervise, coach, and support dietary team members to promote quality service and teamwork
Manage food ordering, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls to ensure efficient department operations.
Collaborate with department teams to support resident nutritional needs and satisfaction.
