This position is responsible for various tasks related to patient meal service, including checking NPO status, collecting and completing menus, entering meal orders, delivering trays, communicating with nursing and dietitians, managing floor supplies, cleaning patient refrigerators, collecting dirty trays, documenting intake, assembling floor stock orders, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role also involves coordinating menus with families when patients cannot participate in room service.
