About The Position

Ridgeland Senior Living is hiring a Dietary Manager to lead daily dining operations in our senior living community. Join us and make a difference in someone's life every day! This role involves overseeing all aspects of dining services operations and compliance, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality. The manager will be responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents. They will also ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and accommodate special dietary needs, while leading and managing the dining services team, kitchen staff, and servers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Certified Food Protection Manager required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment

Responsibilities
