About The Position

The Dietary Manager leads the overall operations of the dietary department, ensuring safe, clean, and sanitary food service. Responsibilities include directing daily department operations, maintaining food-service quality and safety, and working with facility staff to support operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification and compliance with state certification requirements.

• Food services supervisory experience in an institutional long-term care or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the dietary department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
