Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a cook in a hospital or long-term care facility for not less than one year

Responsibilities

• Prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Cooking meals
• Checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions
• Arranging and garnishing the dishes
• Ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained
