About The Position
Maple Dell Health and Rehab - Payson is currently seeking someone with a flexible schedule to work in our Culinary Services department. This is a Part-time position, and weekends are a must. Shifts are 5a-1p and 11a-7pm.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- At least 1 year of Dietary Cook Experience in a medical facility
- Valid Utah food handler permit
- High school diploma
- Current/ Active Food Handlers Permit
- Must be 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year dietary/food service experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred (but not necessary).
Responsibilities
- Prepares food for meal service according to the menu.
- Operates institutional food preparation equipment according to the manufacturer and supervisory direction.
- Follows proper cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Catters to resident food allergies and preferences.
- Attend in-service education programs as assigned.
- Empties trash containers.
- Performs cleaning tasks as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
