About The Position
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team. We are currently hiring for AM and PM shifts, including weekend availability. The role involves preparing meals according to standardized recipes, adhering to dietary guidelines and resident-specific needs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Requirements
- Previous cooking, dietary, or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety

Responsibilities
- Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Cook and prepare meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident-specific needs
- Inspect ingredients for freshness, quality, and dietary compliance
- Plate, arrange, and garnish meals appropriately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
