Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- 5 years exp in a commercial setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.
- Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.
- Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.
- Monitor and adjust heat controls, as necessary.
- Able to re-calibrate thermometers as needed.
- Ensure kitchen and dining room area is clean and sanitized.
