Assists with food preparation in accordance with established procedural guidelines and as directed by the Dietary Manager or supervisor. Follows facility procedures for storing, serving, and transporting food and supplies. Responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and proper maintenance of equipment. Communicates effectively with patients/residents/clients and family members, providing a warm and friendly greeting, an approachable attitude, and responding to concerns with a helpful, caring demeanor. Answers questions professionally when appropriate.
