About The Position
White Oak of Charlotte is currently accepting applications for Dietary Aide with a $1,000 Sign on Bonus. Sign on bonus is paid after 90 days, 180 days and 1 year of completion. Dietary Aide 1st shift and 2nd shift both Part time and Full-time hours. 1pm-8:00pm Dietary Aide 6:00am-2:30pm Dietary Aide We are a 180 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 4009 Craig Ave. Charlotte, NC 28211 We offer competitive wages and benefits on the first of the month following completion of 30-day period. White Oak Charlotte is a drug and tobacco free facility EOE.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents.
- Assist with meal setup and cleanup.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dietary department.
- Follow dietary guidelines and resident care plans.
